Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at HeArtfull Designs. I really appreciate your business.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  Please notify me within 3 days of receiving your product with any issues.

• I will gladly accept a return if there is a mistake on the product made by me 
• If the product arrives damaged.

If I have agreed to refund or exchange your item, you will have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  You will be responsible for paying for your own whipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 

Once I receive your item, I will notify you and either initiate a refund to your original method of payment. or let you know when you will be receiving your exchange.  I will do my very best to be fair and make you happy.
